Rahul Agrawal

Rahul Agrawal has over two decades of experience in software engineering and management, primarily in the networking sector. Early career milestones include roles at Maple Optical Systems and Kent Ridge Digital Labs, focusing on QoS and wireless ATM technologies. At Juniper Networks, multiple leadership positions were held, including Director of Datacenter Switching and Senior Engineering Manager, where significant contributions to IP fabrics, Virtual Chassis Fabric, and software-defined networking were made. Currently, as a Software Engineering Leader at Google, Rahul oversees a global team dedicated to networking management and operations, building on past experience in technical program management and cloud networking. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
