Rebecca Cerva

Rebecca Cerva has extensive experience in people operations and client management. Currently employed at Google since November 2018, Rebecca contributes to the People Operations team. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Amazon as a Senior Client Lead in University Programs from July 2016 to November 2018. Rebecca's career also includes significant experience at Education Management Corporation, serving as both Associate Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Admissions from June 2007 to June 2016. In earlier roles at Universal Student Exchange from October 2003 to April 2007, Rebecca held the positions of Employer Services Regional Manager for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Peru, as well as Employer Services Account Manager. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from San Diego State University.
