Santanu Dasgupta

Santanu Dasgupta is an accomplished technology leader currently serving in Eng Tech Leadership for Google Distributed Cloud, starting July 2024. Prior to this role, Santanu held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Casa Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included driving innovation and leading platform engineering efforts alongside restructuring initiatives. Previously, Santanu was the Head of Product for Google Distributed Cloud for Telecom, instrumental in establishing a hyperscaler cloud access business for telecommunications. With extensive experience at Cisco, Santanu held various leadership roles, including Global Chief Architect, where strategic architecture and product development led to significant revenue growth and customer acquisitions. Santanu began a career at Wipro, effectively leading networking systems engineering and operations management. Educational achievements include a degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University and executive education from Wharton.
