Sarah Salem

Sarah Salem is a results-oriented HR leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in the field. Sarah's career includes roles at BNY Mellon as an Intercultural Training Administrator and Financial Advisor Assistant, and at The Ayco Company as a Financial Planner. At Ariba, Sarah served both as Manager of HR Programs and Global Internal Communications, while most recently, Sarah has held the position of Director of People Operations at Google since 2018, focusing on organizational change and employee engagement. Sarah earned both a BS in Business Management and a BA in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Pittsburgh.
