Sebastian Antony has extensive experience in transformation and process re-engineering, having held significant roles at leading financial and technology institutions. At Barclays, from April 2012 to March 2019, Sebastian served as Head of Transformation, focusing on portfolio management of process reengineering projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior to that, Sebastian was the Head of Transformation for Enterprise Anti-Fraud Machine Learning at Bank of America and a Senior Manager in LEAN & Six Sigma Process Re Engineering at Google. More recently, Sebastian took on the role of Global Tech & AI Strategy Lead at Google, overseeing strategy execution for tech and AI among global CPG and FS partners. Other notable positions include Director of Transformation at Barclaycard and a Digital Transformation Consultant at PwC UK. Sebastian began the career at Epicenter Technologies and holds a degree from the University of Mumbai.
