Shana Hawley has extensive experience in marketing and business education, notably serving as the Head of Learning and Development for Marketing Operations at Google from August 2013 to April 2019, where Shana led the creation of a comprehensive marketing curriculum for over 5,000 global marketers and oversaw the Associate Product Marketing Manager Program. Additionally, Shana excelled as the Head of Global Business and Sales Education, launching a successful online learning initiative that significantly enhanced marketing skills across a salesforce of 11,000. Prior to Google, Shana held roles at Walmart as a Business Strategy & Marketing Consultant, and at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in various leadership positions focused on corporate development, managing departments and driving revenue growth. Shana holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. from Tufts University.
