Sulakshana Bala

Sulakshana Bala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Google, Sulakshana previously held the position of Director, People Strategy & Diversity at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and worked as a Management Consultant at both BCG and Ernst & Young. Sulakshana's educational background includes a degree in Economics with First Class Honors from Durham University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
