Andrew East, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew currently works at World Help as the Director of People Operations, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness from January 2022 to February 2023. Andrew also held the position of Human Resources Manager at World Help from September 2020 to December 2021, and as a Payroll Administrator from August 2019 to August 2020.
Before joining World Help, Andrew worked as an Independent Contractor at Curt Anderson from November 2016 to December 2020. Andrew also worked as a Human Resource Coordinator at Foster Fuels, Inc. from July 2018 to July 2019.

Andrew East, SHRM-CP has a strong educational background in Information Systems and Human Resources. Andrew earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Systems from Liberty University, where they studied from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources from the same institution, attending from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their educational achievements, Andrew has also obtained certifications. Andrew is an Asana Ambassador, having received this certification from Asana in October 2022. Furthermore, they hold a SHRM-CP certification, which they obtained from SHRM in February 2021.
