Tazeen Chaudhry

Tazeen Chaudhry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people strategy, change management, and economic development. Currently serving as Senior Director of People Strategy at Google since March 2019, Tazeen developed the company's first comprehensive People Strategy for a workforce of 185,000 employees across over 70 countries and led initiatives related to the COVID-19 response and workforce planning. Prior experience includes a Principal role at The Boston Consulting Group from October 2010 to September 2018, where Tazeen provided strategic advisory support for major transformations and led successful Learning & Development programs. Additionally, Tazeen has contributed to leadership initiatives in the Middle East and generated significant investment proposals at Investcorp. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
