Program Manager, Education For Social Impact at Google

Tequila Lamar currently serves as the NYC Outreach Lead for Education for Social Impact at Google, where responsibilities include addressing disparities in computer science and digital skills education while designing programs to improve access and representation in the tech field. Prior to this role, Tequila was the Head of School/Executive Director at Centennial Academy, a K-8 STEAM charter school, overseeing strategic planning, daily operations, and a budget exceeding $12 million. Achievements include leading charter renewal, fostering partnerships, and developing a College Internship Recruitment Pipeline. Tequila holds both a Master of Education in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
