Teresa Mar has a diverse background in project management and coaching, with experience at several prominent organizations. At SAP, Teresa served as an Operations Intern, managing project plans and budgets. As the Founder of Authenticity At Work, LLC, Teresa focuses on career and mindset coaching for Asian American women. At Duran HCP, Teresa coordinated a successful recruiting initiative for Google, leading to significant growth in resume submissions. Teresa has held multiple positions at Google, including Senior Program Manager for Developer Trust, where Teresa worked on policy compliance and privacy strategies, and Program Manager roles focusing on diversity and inclusion, Cloud Platform operations, and hiring initiatives. In addition to these roles, Teresa contributes to coaching managers and emerging leaders within the Google community, implementing a pilot program centered on inclusion topics.
