Thea O'Hear

Thea O'Hear is a seasoned communications leader with nearly a decade of experience at Google, where they currently serve as the Head of Internal Communications for EMEA. Prior to this role, they were the Corporate Communications Manager at Google and the Head of UK Communications for YouTube. Thea's career has spanned various sectors and regions, including significant positions at independent PR agencies in Hong Kong and the UK, where they managed diverse teams and developed impactful campaigns. They hold a First Class BA Hons in English and Related Literature from the University of York.
