Tracy Ferrell

Tracy Ferrell is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in IT infrastructure and engineering management. Notably, Tracy served as the Director of SRE at Google from June 2013 to November 2024, ensuring optimal performance of Google's products. Prior to Google, Tracy held key positions including Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure at Adobe and Senior IT Architect at Chevron, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise application architecture and implementing scalable systems. Tracy's early career includes a role as Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Applicast, managing operations for outsourced clients. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Currently, Tracy works as a freelancer since June 2025.
