Djenaba Parker

Djenaba Parker is currently the General Counsel & Chief People Officer at Goop. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Red Bull North America from May 2012 to December 2020. In this role, Djenaba oversaw Red Bull's North American Legal team and provided legal, business affairs and risk management advice to Red Bull North America, Red Bull Distribution Company, Red Bull Media House North America and Red Bull Canada.

From August 2009 to April 2012, Djenaba worked as a Corporate, Bank and Institutional Finance Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP where they represented commercial lenders in senior debt financings, principally secured and asset-based loans, in connection with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, working capital and other strategic financings across a broad spectrum of industries and business sectors.

Prior to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Djenaba worked as a Banking & Finance Associate at Mayer Brown from September 2007 to August 2009 and as an Assurance Associate - Technology, Info-Comm and Entertainment Group at PwC from August 2002 to September 2003.

Djenaba Parker attended Georgetown University where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. Djenaba then attended the University of Southern California and earned their J.D. While attending law school, Parker also took The General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Operational Research and Management. After passing the bar exam, Parker became certified from the NJ Board of Bar Examiners in New Jersey as an In-House Counsel - Limited License.
