Trevor Hagen

Trevor Hagen is an experienced brewing professional currently serving as a Brewhouse Brewer at Goose Island Beer Company since June 2022, where responsibilities include wort production. Prior to this role, Trevor worked as a Brewer at Alarmist Brewing from June 2019 to October 2022 and as an Assistant Brewer at Haymarket Pub and Brewery from January 2015 to June 2019. Trevor's career began as a Territory Sales Representative at Two Brothers Brewing from April 2013 to January 2015, followed by a position as a Bartender at Solemn Oath Brewery from October 2012 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as a Beer Consultant at Binny's Beverage Depot, where Trevor managed the beer department, as well as involvement in product development at the University of Illinois. Additional early experience encompasses a Marketing Internship at Goose and logistical responsibilities in various roles, such as a Door Man at Firehaus and an Overnight Associate at Hollister Co. Trevor holds a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an A.A. in General Studies from College of DuPage.
