Mark Jones

Mark Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of N5B Capital, a family investment office with diverse holdings in financial services, real estate, technology, natural resources, venture capital, private equity, media, health and wellness, and biotech since January 2021. As a Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Goosehead Insurance, a national personal lines insurance agency with over 1,200 locations across the United States, Mark has played a pivotal role in the company's development since November 2003. Prior to these roles, Mark co-founded Bain & Company and served as Chairman and CEO, overseeing global strategy development and recruitment from May 1991 to May 2004. Earlier experience includes working as a Staff Accountant and Merger and Acquisition Consultant at Ernst & Young from May 1985 to August 1989. Mark holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Com. from the University of Alberta.
