Valerie Braeken

Valerie Braeken is a seasoned professional in communication and event management, currently serving as Account Manager at GOPA Com. since January 2019, where Valerie oversees the development and execution of pan-European communication campaigns, managing teams across Brussels and Alicante. Previously, Valerie held the position of Head of the Event Department at GOPA Com. since December 2007, and gained experience as an Event Manager at GOPA-cartermill from 2004 to 2007, as well as serving as the Tacis Information and Communications Manager at GOPA-Cartermill from 2000 to 2003. Valerie Braeken holds a Master's degree in Russian and German from the Institut supérieur de traducteurs et interprètes, ISTI, Bruxelles, completed in 1993.
