Beatrice Tschinkel

Beatrice Tschinkel is an experienced professional specializing in social and economic integration, private sector development, and evaluation. Currently, Beatrice serves as Team Leader at GOPA Worldwide Consultants, focusing on the integration of refugees and migrants in Bogotá. Beatrice has worked as a freelance consultant since 2015, contributing to various international projects including evaluations, monitoring, and sustainable development initiatives across multiple countries. Previous positions include Project Manager at SNV, where Beatrice led the GrEEn project in Ghana, and roles at GIZ and the Austrian Development Agency. Beatrice holds a Doctorate in Development Economics from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and a Master of Arts in Evaluation from Universität des Saarlandes, along with a Diplom-Kauffrau from the University of Münster.
