Maria Dobi serves as the Director at GOPA Worldwide Consultants since September 2014, overseeing the Governance and Economic Development department. Dobi's expertise encompasses sustainable development and strategic alliances, particularly within the EU Asia Partnerships Facility project, aimed at advancing initiatives across 19 Asian countries aligned with the EU Green Deal. Previously, Dobi held positions as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on economic development and leading multiple service contract acquisitions, project management, and quality assurance processes. Additional experience includes serving as a Monitoring & Evaluation expert for the MED MSMEs Programme, teaching assistance in economic analysis, and various research roles. Maria Dobi holds a Master of Public Policy in International Political Economy from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy and a Diploma in International Relations from Samara State University.
