Cindy Don

Cindy Don is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering at Pangea Money Transfer since January 2024, Cindy previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Nautilus Labs from September 2022 to December 2023. Cindy's career also includes significant roles at Root Inc. as Director of Engineering, where innovative applications of machine learning in insurance were developed, and at Jellyvision as Director of Engineering, overseeing the enhancement of the ALEX benefits selection software. Additionally, Cindy held managerial positions at Relativity and kCura, focusing on platform development and analytics for e-discovery software, demonstrating a strong ability to lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
