Joseph Buaron has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Joseph is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of goPeer, where they are transforming the Canadian alternative lending landscape. At goPeer, they focus on financial wellness and connects borrowers with higher yield investment opportunities.

Joseph also serves as a Board Member at Neptune Wellness Solutions, a company specialized in the extraction and formulation of health and wellness products. Joseph is honored to work with a distinguished leadership team during such unprecedented times.

In addition, Joseph has held various executive positions in companies such as Loti Wellness, where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer and focused on promoting genuine self-care and self-love through a subscription box service.

Before that, Joseph was the Chief Technology Officer at Schmidt's Naturals, a company focused on natural personal and home care products. Joseph'srole involved implementing advanced technologies, establishing an automated supply chain network, and leading the creation of AI technologies for consumer support.

Prior to Schmidt's Naturals, Joseph worked at Paymentus as a Senior Systems Administrator and Technical Lead. Here, they provided technical leadership and guidance to the operations and development teams, and worked directly with global enterprise customers to architect solutions.

Joseph's career started at Future Point Inc., where they founded and served as the CEO. This experience allowed him to gain valuable entrepreneurial and technical skills in web and application hosting solutions.

Throughout their career, Joseph has shown a strong focus on implementing innovative technologies, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency.

Joseph Buaron was self-educated from 2001 to 2004, during which time they pursued Entrepreneurship in Tech with a focus on Business and Software Engineering.
