Yael Crystal started their work experience as a Customer Success Manager at Taptica in January 2015 and was later promoted to Customer Success Team Leader in May 2016. Yael held these positions until May 2021. From May 2021 to December 2023, Yael worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Lusha.com. In November 2023, they became the Head of Customer Success at Perfect, where they are currently employed.
Yael Crystal completed their BA of Social Sciences & Film Studies at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014.
