Gopher Resource
Josh Heisick has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Josh started their career as an HR Intern at Carlson Companies, Inc. in 2006. Josh then moved on to Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where they held various HR roles, including Compensation Consultant, HR Analyst, HR Generalist, Manager of HR Shared Services, and finally Human Resources Director from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Gopher Resource as an HR Director and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2018.
Josh Heisick attended the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Josh then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2006 to 2007.
