Matt Sarradet

Matt Sarradet is the COO at Gophr App. Matt was previously the Director of Restaurant Operations at Waitr from October 2015 to July 2019. Matt was an early employee at Waitr and helped contribute to the company's journey from startup to Nasdaq.

Sarradet worked directly with the CEO and Founders to execute their initial vision and business plan. Matt reported to the COO and helped direct the company's day-to-day operational activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and high performance. Matt collaborated with executive management to create and implement strategies for growth, scalability, and profitability. Matt served as a member of the Growth and Operations Stewardship Councils.

Matt scaled the Restaurant Operations department from five corporate employees to over 200 nationwide. Matt led and supported members of the Restaurant and Customer Success, Photography, Quality Control and Technical Support teams throughout the restaurant on-boarding process and partner life cycle. Matt directed the cultivation of relationships and account management of over 10,000 restaurant partners. Matt created and implemented KPIs, and optimized systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies. Matt evaluated departmental and company progress by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics; created reports to communicate information across the company. Matt mentored and directed Operations Managers to ensure customer and employee satisfaction. Matt inspired and coached the Customer Success teams to achieve world-class customer experience, logistics, and response times.

Matt recruited, interviewed, hired, and developed employees to achieve their maximum potential and engagement. Matt partnered with Human Resources in the development of SOPs, policies, manuals, and training processes. Matt cultivated a positive work environment and unique company culture by fostering Waitr's core values. Matt facilitated communication between Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Sales departments to enhance teamwork and collaboration, ultimately creating a superior product and customer experience.

Matt Sarradet's educational career began at Louisiana State University, where they studied business administration and pre-law. Matt then continued their education at the University of Utah, where they earned their degree in business administration and management.
