Tom Petka

Tom Petka has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources and Management. Tom began their career in 2006 as a General Manager at Just Falafs, where they remained until 2009. Tom then moved to Nando's UK & IRE as a 1st Assistant Manager, followed by a role as a Multi-site Manager at SOUS CHEF (UK) LIMITED in 2014. In 2015, they became a General Manager at You Som, ETM group, and in 2016 they were an Assistant General Manager at Bill's Restaurants. In 2018, they joined Talent Point as a Principal Talent Manager, later taking on the roles of Senior Talent Manager and Talent Manager. In 2021, they became the Head of People Ops at Gophr.

Tom Petka is currently studying Film/Cinema/Video Studies at Birkbeck, University of London.
