Chayuth Vithitsoontorn

Chayuth Vithitsoontorn has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Chayuth began their career at BOMBARDIER as an intern in 2013 before moving on to become a Software Engineer at the same company from 2014 to 2017. Chayuth then joined NDR Co. Ltd., where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the Financial industry, specializing in data engineering and trader support. Chayuth continued their education at Chulalongkorn University, where they pursued a Masters degree from 2019 to 2022.

After completing their degree, Chayuth worked at Menerva, a start-up tech company, as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they handled various tasks across different domains, including big data projects for the Royal Irrigation Department and the Dairy Farming Promotion Organization of Thailand, where they implemented data ingestion scripts and created data ingestion workflows. Chayuth also developed sale forecasting models and provided data insights to customers using tools such as Tableau.

Chayuth's next role was at Ocean Life Insurance, where they served as a Senior Data Engineer. Here, they played a crucial role in transforming the company into a data-driven organization. Chayuth designed and implemented data pipelines to migrate the traditional warehouse to a cloud-based platform (AWS). Chayuth also conducted research, proof of concept projects, and implemented production-ready solutions.

Most recently, Chayuth joined GoPomelo as a Senior Data Engineer.

Chayuth Vithitsoontorn's education history includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Chulalongkorn University, obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Chayuth earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, completed from 2011 to 2014. Earlier on, Chayuth attended Huahin Vithayalai, but no degree or field of study is specified for that period.
