Muhammad Iqbal has a comprehensive work experience in the IT industry.

Muhammad started their career as a System & IT Support Staff at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera in March 2019 and worked until April 2020. During this role, they focused on providing support for various IT systems.

In April 2020, they joined PointStar as a Support Engineer. Muhammad worked there until May 2021, where they were responsible for handling technical support and troubleshooting for the company's clients.

Following this, in June 2021, they joined PT EBconnection Indonesia as an IT Application Support staff. Here, they provided support for various IT applications until August 2022.

Currently, they are working at GoPomelo as a Technical Account Manager since August 2022. In this role, they manage software-as-a-service (SaaS) and directory-as-a-service (DaaS) applications, ensuring effective end-user support and maintaining professional communication with users. Muhammad also stays updated with technical knowledge related to Google Workspace, Google MDM, and JumpCloud.

Muhammad Iqbal completed their undergraduate education from 2014 to 2018 at Universitas Sriwijaya, where they obtained a degree in Sistem Informasi (Information Systems). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Jumpcloud Core Certified from JumpCloud in July 2022, Google IT Support from Coursera in November 2020, Digital Transformation from Coursera in August 2020, Succeed as a Remote IT Administrator from LinkedIn in August 2020, Learning G Suite Administration from LinkedIn in July 2020, Windows 10: Advanced Troubleshooting for IT Support from LinkedIn in July 2020, Business Transformation with Google Cloud from Coursera in June 2020, G Suite Administration Specialization from Coursera in June 2020, G Suite Deployment Services from Google University in June 2020, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera in June 2020, Professional Collaboration Engineer from Google in February 2023, and Digitalent Scholarship - Cloud Computing from Dicoding Academy in October 2020.
