Wei Keng Ng

Wei Keng Ng has extensive work experience in the field of IT, with a focus on cloud engineering and solutions architecture. Starting from 2005, Wei Keng Ng worked as a Production Engineer at GDC Technology before moving on to roles such as Senior IT Manager at ERA and Head of IT at Huttons Asia Pte Ltd. In these positions, Wei Keng Ng was responsible for developing web-based applications, configuring and installing Oracle databases, and managing teams.

In 2011, Wei Keng Ng joined Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd as the Head of IT, where they implemented new authentication systems and streamlined accounts operations workflows. They also managed projects such as email migration and setting up wireless networks.

From 2016 to 2017, Wei Keng Ng held the position of Head of IT at Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, where they set up a new IT department and migrated the company email system to Google GSuite.

In 2017, Wei Keng Ng returned to Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd as the Head of Information Technology, overseeing the development of cross-platform mobile apps and web applications. They also installed Linux servers using Google Cloud Compute Platform and Alibaba Cloud AliCloud.

From 2019 to 2020, Wei Keng Ng worked at PointStar Pte Ltd as the Head of Cloud Digital Practice. In this role, they assisted in the setup and training of new technical teams, provided pre-sales consultation, and acted as a project manager for client migrations to cloud platforms.

Most recently, in 2021, Wei Keng Ng joined NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited as a Solutions Architect before transitioning to the role of Senior Cloud Engineer at GoPomelo in 2022.

Wei Keng Ng completed their education at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Wei Keng obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from 1996 to 2000, followed by a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering from 2000 to 2002.
