Rick Loughery

VP, Global Marketing & Communications at GoPro

Rick Loughery has served as GoPro’s Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications since January 2019 and in May 2020 added oversight of GoPro’s Brand, Lifestyle and Product Marketing. Previously, Rick served as our Vice President of Global Communications from April 2017 to January 2019, Senior Director of Global Communications from December 2014 to April 2017 and Director of Communications from March 2010 to December 2014. Prior to joining GoPro, Rick spent 13 years in Silicon Valley working with various technology companies both in-house and at agencies, including Bonita Software from April 2000 to October 2001 and 3 years at Sparkpr from June 2002 to November 2005. In November 2005, he co-founded Three-Forty Communications, based in San Francisco, where he worked with early-stage technology companies, such as Yelp, and also helped launch Fitbit. In January of 2007, he sold Three-Forty Communications to Dig Communications where he assumed the role of Senior Vice President. Mr. Loughery holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from West Virginia University.
