Jessica S. Allen, MPH has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in championing cross-team collaboration to scale impact and achieve organizational goals. As the Co-CEO of Propeller, Jessica S. collaborates with the Co-Founder to maximize operational efficiency and deliver exceptional results. Additionally, Jessica has served in various roles within Propeller, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff. Jessica S. is also an Advisory Board Member at The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship and has experience coordinating innovative programs at National Medical Fellowships, Inc. Jessica holds a Master of Public Health degree in Global Community Health and Behavioral Sciences from Tulane University.
