Zvi Pe'er has extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily as CEO and co-founder. Zvi began their career in 1989 at Romtech Electronics, where they played a crucial role in the design, manufacture, and sales of electronic dictionaries. During their time there, the company experienced significant growth, sold products worth over $50M, and issued an IPO to the TASE in 1993. The company's products were sold in over 30 countries worldwide. Pe'er then went on to co-found Fulcrum SP in 2000, QRay in 2006, Bio-Group Technologies in 2003, and most recently, Gordian Surgical Ltd. in 2012. In all of these positions, they served as CEO and brought their expertise in leadership and business development.
Zvi Pe'er completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1971 to 1975. Zvi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University from 1978 to 1980.
