Jason Chiu

Jason Chiu, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jason is currently serving as the Director of Services and Technology at Gordian, where they lead service and internal product operations, provides leadership and collaboration between cross-functional teams, and handles financial reporting and monitoring. Prior to this role, they worked at Accruent as a Program Director for Services and Technology, leading various teams within assessment services. Jason also served as a Senior Project Manager, leading multi-disciplinary teams in providing technical services across Canada, the US, and the UK, including product implementation, assessment services, and consulting. Before joining Accruent, Jason held positions at VFA, an Accruent company, as a Project Manager and Team Lead. In these roles, they led engineering teams in providing assessment services and created multi-year capital plans for customers. Jason began their career as a Field Engineer at PCL Construction and later worked as a Senior Field Engineer and Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Additionally, they served as an Army Reservist at the Department of National Defence and worked as a Project Engineer at CES Engineering Ltd. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and industries.

Jason Chiu, P.Eng. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Jason also has obtained various certifications from institutions such as Coursera and LinkedIn, covering topics such as data-driven decision-making, user experience design, business analytics, agile methodologies, entrepreneurship, and programming.
