Jenn Elfner

Jenn Elfner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, facilities management, and project coordination. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Gordian, Jenn manages customer relationships and oversees the ezIQC Job Order lifecycle in Ohio and Michigan, with key achievements including co-leading JOC program implementation and Smartsheet leadership. Previous roles include Director of Facilities at Soleo Health, where Jenn managed real estate, leasing, and a multi-million dollar CapEx budget, as well as founding the Facilities Management team. Other positions include Project Coordinator at Custom Controls Group, where Jenn managed various construction projects, and a part-time role as Office Manager at Elfner Organic Lawncare. Jenn's early career included work as a certified birth doula and licensed massage therapist.
