Leonid Dolbir

Leonid Dolbir has over 29 years of experience in software architecture and engineering. Leonid currently holds the position of Director, Software Architecture at Gordian, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Listrak as Principal Engineer and Data Architect from January 2021 to July 2023. From May 2015 to January 2021, Leonid was employed at BenefitFocus as Principal Software Engineer, where they provided leadership to the Data Analytics team and oversaw solution architecture. Leonid also worked as a Sr. Software Architect at Innovation Group from October 2013 to April 2015. Before that, Leonid served as a Senior Technology Consultant at Infinity Learning Solutions from September 2010 to October 2013, implementing software solutions using J2EE and Agile methodologies. Leonid also worked as a Sr. Technology Consultant at Advanced Technology Systems (ATS) from April 2007 to August 2010 and as a Sr. Software Architect at Number Six Software Corp. from August 2005 to March 2007. Leonid's extensive work history also includes positions as a Software Architect at Crosslogic from December 2000 to August 2005, and as a Software Architect at Computer Sciences Corporation from 1994 to 2000.

Leonid Dolbir received a Master of Electrical Engineering degree in Robotic Systems (artificial Intelligence) from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" between 1984 and 1992. Leonid also obtained a certification as a Sun Certified Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2001.
