Nate Pramuk

Nate Pramuk is an accomplished professional in facilities planning with extensive experience in strategic operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Planning Services at Gordian since January 2020, Nate defines the strategic direction for Facilities Planning on the west coast while managing service and project teams. Prior to this role, Nate held positions as Senior Account Manager at both Gordian and its subsidiary Sightlines, focusing on providing independent data to help colleges and universities make informed decisions about their facilities. Nate's early career included roles at Salem Keizer Public Schools and the University of Portland, complemented by a BBA in Finance from the University of Portland and a study stint at the University of Notre Dame Australia.
