Carly Colvin

Program Finance Officer, Grants Administration at Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation

Carly supports the organization with financial assessments, grant budget development and reviews, staff training, and demand-driving advisory services such as budget structure and other grant solutions.

Prior to joining the foundation, Carly worked as a finance manager for a government-funded manufacturing research institute, where she led grant administration and budgeting for a workforce development team.

Carly earned her B.S. in chemistry from Westminster College and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Financial Management from the University of Kentucky.
