Marybeth Sharpe

Marybeth most recently served as a chief operating officer (COO) and chief strategy and partnerships officer at the Purchaser Business Group on Health (PBGH), a national 501(c)(3) focused on improving health outcomes, equity, and affordability. PBGH improves the quality of the healthcare delivery system and supports healthcare purchasers (employers and public purchasers) to innovate their health purchasing.

At PBGH, Marybeth directed strategy development and execution, led the operations team, oversaw all operational and business functions, stewarded the financial health of the organization, and led talent management. Marybeth managed the launch of new PBGH programs, products, and ventures, and she created PBGH solutions to support employers in evaluating, selecting and maximizing the performance of healthcare and well-being start-ups and other innovators.
