Drakkar Smith is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Head Server at Hojeij Branded Foods and as Sales and Event Manager at Diamond Hall Catering & Convention Center Inc. since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing catering operations and managing a team of over 15 staff members.
