Kevin Zischke has a diverse background in brewing and winemaking, currently serving as a Brewer and previously an Assistant Brewer at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Harvest and Winemaking Intern at Seghesio Family Vineyards and a Winemaking Intern at Delicato Family Wines. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Plant Breeding Technician at Sakata Seed America, Inc. and as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Target. Kevin Zischke earned a degree from California State University, Chico, between 2012 and 2017.

Since 1998, Gordon Biersch Brewing Company has more than doubled its production, increasing its capacity to 3.1 million gallons of beer annually, making Gordon Biersch Brewing Company the largest brewery in the San Francisco Bay Area.
