Michael Noah

Michael Noah has a diverse work experience in the brewing and cellar industry. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Custodian at ManpowerGroup and then briefly as an Assembly Technician at Solid Systems Inc. In 2015, they joined Testarossa Vineyards as a Cellar Intern, where they performed cellar and harvest duties. At Anchor Brewing Company in 2017, they worked as a Research and Development Intern, focusing on production and research projects. Most recently, they worked at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, initially as a Laboratory Technician, where they collected data, ensured product quality, and prepared reports. Michael then became an Assistant Laboratory Supervisor. In 2019, they were promoted to the Head of Quality position at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company.

Michael Noah completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science and Technology, with a specialization in Brewing Science, from the University of California, Davis. Michael attended the university from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, in September 2014, Michael obtained a certification as a Servsafe California Food Handler from ServSafe Certified.
