Mary Shahian

Mary M. Shahian is a Partner at Daintree Advisors, joining the firm in 2010. She is a member of Daintree’s Divorce Consulting Practice and has extensive experience working with women in transition. With over 20 years of experience in wealth management, Mrs. Shahian provides comprehensive investment and financial planning services with the goal of helping clients preserve and grow their wealth.

Prior to joining Daintree Advisors, Mrs. Shahian spent ten years as a Senior Vice President and Investment Manager at Wells Fargo Private Bank (and its predecessors Wachovia Wealth Management and Tanager Financial Services). Working collaboratively with their attorneys and accountants, she had oversight for all aspects of her clients’ financial well-being. Prior to her time with Wells Fargo, Mrs. Shahian was an Investment and Client Relationship Manager at Ronald Blue & Company LLC, an Investment Officer at the Bank of Boston, and a Portfolio Manager at First Chicago Corporation.

Mrs. Shahian earned an M.B.A. with high distinction from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and also received an M.Ed in Business Education from Boston University, and a B.S. magna cum laude from Salem State College. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, ChFC designation, and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® certification. Mary was named a Five Star Wealth Manager as featured in Boston Magazine for the last 4 years (2016-2019).
