Vada Yang

PC Support Specialist at Gordon Flesch Company

Vada Yang has work experience in both the private and educational sectors. From 2014 to 2015, Vada worked at the University of Wisconsin Extension as an IS Technical Service Professional, where they provided technical support for employees and customers, created troubleshooting documents, and handled account management tasks within Windows Server. In 2015, Vada joined the Gordon Flesch Company as a PC Support Specialist and later became a Junior Systems Administrator. In this role, Vada handled help desk calls, resolved technical issues, performed hardware and software installations, conducted PC imaging, collaborated with the Information Systems team, and stayed updated with the latest technologies and industry standards.

Vada Yang has obtained an Associate's Degree in IT Computer Systems Administrator from Madison Area Technical College. Additionally, Vada has also earned an IT Help Desk Specialist Diploma from the same institution. In December 2017, Vada received the Certified Meraki Network Operator certification from Cisco Meraki.
