Ray Kusmierski

Ray Kusmierski has extensive experience in organizational change management and supply chain management at Gordon Food Service, starting as an intern in 2003 and progressing to the role of Change Management Lead since 2004. In this capacity, Ray develops and implements strategies to prepare the organization for transformation, engaging with stakeholders and managing communication and training efforts. Prior roles include Business Change Manager, where Ray led cross-functional initiatives to enhance business performance, and Logistics Analyst/Supervisor, providing leadership and oversight to logistics operations. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Management in Business Management from Aquinas College.
