Amber Reed

Amber Reed has extensive work experience in IT support and analysis. Amber is currently working as a Regional Support Analyst III - Lead at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where they provide technical support to multiple offices across the country. Prior to this, they worked at Cozen O'Connor as a QA Analyst and Support Desk Technician, providing technical assistance and support for computer systems. Amber also has experience as a Helpdesk Support Technician Level II at Parkway Corporation, providing support to personnel at various locations. Additionally, Amber has a background in the military, where they served in roles such as Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer and Network Helpdesk Technician, managing user accounts and resolving technical issues.

Amber Reed attended Rowan College of South Jersey from 2021 to 2023, where they earned an associates degree. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they studied at the United States Army Intelligence Center, obtaining a technical degree in Military Intelligence Systems Maintenance. Currently, they are preparing to attend Rowan University starting in 2024.
