Heather Shearer

Heather Shearer is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the legal and public relations sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP since September 2012, Heather oversees marketing and communications for a prominent Am Law 100 firm, managing a team of marketing experts across 80 offices nationwide. Prior roles include National Marketing Manager and Business Development Coordinator at Heying & Associates, where Heather provided comprehensive support for client marketing efforts and project management. Additional experience includes positions at Citizen Relations, Havas, and Epicenter Advertising & Marketing. Heather holds a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in public relations, graduating with honors from San Diego State University.
