Kristy Hrycyshyn

Kristy Hrycyshyn, CHRL has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Kristy is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Gore Mutual Insurance, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Allianz Worldwide Partners as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, leading a team of specialists and supporting the Canadian operating entity. Kristy also held roles at Sandvine as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Manulife Financial as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Procom as a Technical Recruiter. Kristy began their career at Manulife as a Disability Coordinator. Throughout their career, Kristy has demonstrated expertise in high-volume recruitment, talent pipeline development, workforce planning, and HR project management.

Kristy Hrycyshyn, CHRL obtained a Bachelor of Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University in 2017. Prior to that, they completed Business Management Studies at Conestoga College in 2004. Kristy holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
