Hugh Russell-Parsons

Hugh Russell-Parsons is a strategic professional currently serving as the Strategic Partner Manager for the APAC region at Gorgias, a company focused on enhancing customer experience through AI-powered solutions. Additionally, Hugh holds the role of APAC Host at DTCX and is a member of Partnership Leaders, the global association for professionals in partnerships and business development. Previously, Hugh led partnerships for Australia and New Zealand at Wayflyer and held various positions including Business Development Executive at The Executive Centre, where Hugh contributed to expanding flexible workspace solutions. Hugh's earlier experience includes a development internship at The Executive Centre, a training program at Greenbrook Communications, and operational support at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
