Dan Hancock

Dan Hancock is the chief deposit officer at Gorham Savings Bank, where his primary responsibilities include deposit growth and customer experience. Dan’s career in the banking industry began 20 years ago as a teller in Gorham Savings’ Scarborough office. He also served as a regional senior business officer, managing the bank’s Windham, Waterboro, and Falmouth locations, and was most recently senior vice president, director of deposit strategies.

Dan is actively engaged in the community, including having served as the past president of the Windham Economic Development Corporation and Sebago Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce.

Dan graduated summa cum laude from Colby-Sawyer College with a B.S. in sports science. Later, he graduated from the New England School of Financial Studies.
