Cassia Valadares began their work experience in 2015 as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Thomson Reuters. Cassia then joined Orbitall in 2017 as an Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente. In 2020, Cassia moved to Avec, where they had multiple roles including Analista de Onboarding Pleno and Analista de Relacionamento. Cassia worked at Avec until 2022 when they joined MUSA as an Analista de Relacionamento. Currently, Cassia is working at Gorila as a B2C Customer Support.

Cassia Valadares obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista in the years 2017 to 2021. Following that, they pursued further education at Centro Universitário UniFatecie from 2022 to 2024, where they obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Analysis and Systems Development.
