Moriel Matalon has extensive experience in the legal field, spanning several decades. Since 1978, Matalon has held multiple leadership positions at Gornitzky & Co, including Chairman of the Executive Committee, Managing Partner, and Partner, after starting as an Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Amen, Weisman & Butler from 1973 to 1978, and serving in various roles within the Israel Defense Forces from 1970 to 1975, including Deputy Head of the IDF International Branch and General Counsel for the Sinai and Solomon Regions. Early career roles involved serving as Head of the Bureau for Minister Aryeh Dolchin at the Israeli Knesset and Deputy Chair of the HUJI Law Student Association. Matalon earned both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
